WeChat Is Not a Tool for Chinese Real Estate : It Is the Entire Operating System
Hi foreign marketers , forget “social media”. In China, WeChat = oxygen for real estate business. Douyin is for hunting strangers. WeChat is for farming, nurturing, closing, collecting money, and owning the client for life.
Every serious developer, agency, and broker runs their entire empire inside WeChat like it’s Windows 95 in 1999. If you are still think WeChat is just “messaging”, you already lost the war.
Here’s the 2025 full-stack WeChat war machine, broken down weapon by weapon:
1. Personal WeChat Account = Your Daily Email + Phone + CRM

Old way: send 50 emails → 3 % open → 0 reply. 2025 way: Add client to your personal WeChat → chat like brother → close ¥20 million villa same week.

Douyin = hunt strangers WeChat = farm, close, collect, upsell, referral, repeat forever
Master both = you become untouchable. Master only Douyin = you are hunter today, hungry tomorrow. Still using email, website, phone calls as main weapon = you are already a museum piece.
